Local Pickup, Local Delivery & Shipping

LOCAL PICKUP:
HFX offers free in-store pickup during business hours. Local pickup can be selected at checkout.
Most orders are packed within 2 hours during business hours. Depending on order volume, this timeline may vary. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this notification, or your order may not be ready when you arrive.
We also offer after hours pickup boxes on a first-come, first-served basis. Please email info@hfxvinyl.ca if you would like your order placed in a pick-up box.
LOCAL DELIVERY:
We offer $9.99 flat rate local delivery across Halifax, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Local delivery is FREE on orders over $100! Oversized orders may incur additional delivery charges.
Orders must be received by 1pm for same day delivery. Orders placed after the cutoff will be delivered the following delivery day. If available to your area, you can select local delivery upon checkout.
CANADIAN SHIPPING
We provide Canada-wide shipping via multiple shipping partners, including Canada Post, Fedex, UPS, and Purolator, among others. Most orders received before 2pm local time will be prepared, packaged, and shipped the same day. Depending on order volume, this timeline may vary. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Rates for Standard Flat Rate (Our Choice) Canadian shipping are as follows:

Note: Order subtotals are before taxes and shipping. Free shipping covers up to a maximum of $30 cost. Purchaser is responsible for any amounts above this threshold.
Delivery times (in business days) are estimates and are not guaranteed. Additional shipping charges may apply for oversized/remote shipments, and may not be eligible for free shipping.
Standard Flat Rate shipping is based on our choice of carrier. If you prefer a specific shipping company, please choose that option at checkout.
$100 in liability insurance is included with each order. If you require additional insurance, please contact us in advance.
US SHIPPING
We provide US-wide shipping via Canada Post. Most orders received before 2pm local time will be prepared, packaged, and shipped the same day. Depending on order volume, this timeline may vary. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

We are not responsible for any customs and/or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, we only offer online ordering to Canadian and US addresses. For international orders, please contact us in advance, to discuss the options available related to your order.
