Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Thanks for shopping at hfxvinyl.ca. If you have any concerns or issues with your order, let us know. We'll do what we can to make it right.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE & INCORRECT ITEMS:
If an item arrives defective or damaged, or an incorrect item is received, we will either ship you a replacement item or refund the cost of the item, at our discretion. Notifications of damaged/defective/incorrect items must be received within 7 days of receipt of the order. Please send complete pictures of all defective/damaged/incorrect items to info@hfxvinyl.ca.
EXCHANGES
Some items sold at hfxvinyl.ca are eligible for exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including all original packaging and accessories. Exchanges can be made for items of equal or lesser value. Exchange requests must be received within 14 days of receipt of the order. To request an exchange, please send an email to info@hfxvinyl.ca for further instructions.
Customer is responsible for paying for their own return shipping costs for any exchanges. Please contact info@hfxvinyl.ca for instructions before shipping any items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Custom and cut items, including all adhesive and heat transfer vinyl, are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.
REFUNDS
All orders are non-refundable once the order has been packed. If you need to cancel an order, please contact info@hfxvinyl.ca as soon as possible. Cancellation requests will be considered at our discretion.
