Your estimate is not a reservation, contract, or guaranteed price. The final price and available shipping options will be confirmed when you bring your parcel to HFX Vinyl. Differences in weight, dimensions, destination details, packaging, contents, declared value, required delivery options, or carrier pricing may change the final price.

HFX Vinyl selects from multiple shipping providers. The carrier and service used may vary based on price, availability, destination, parcel characteristics, and pickup arrangements. A particular carrier, service, delivery date, or transit time is not guaranteed by the online estimate.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and generally begin once the parcel has been accepted into the carrier’s network. Delays caused by weather, peak periods, address issues, remote destinations, customs, or other circumstances outside HFX Vinyl’s control may occur.

Not all items can be accepted for shipment. Dangerous goods, restricted or prohibited items, improperly packaged goods, and parcels exceeding applicable size, weight, or value limits may be refused. Additional charges may apply for insurance, signature service, residential or remote-area delivery, address corrections, special handling, returns, or other carrier adjustments.

Applicable taxes are additional unless expressly stated otherwise. Acceptance of a parcel is subject to HFX Vinyl’s in-store shipping terms and the terms of the selected carrier.
